This was a brand health study amongst key financial decision-makers in business with an annual turnover of Ghc82.49 million or less. It was to understand what banks and banking products the banks use. Specifically identifying what banks and banking products the key decision makers were aware of; what bank accounts and products the business was currently using and the opinion and thoughts of specific banking brands.
